Dhaga is looking for a talented and creative Textile Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing innovative textile designs that align with our brand ethos. The Textile Designer will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that the designs are technically feasible, visually compelling, and meet market trends. A strong understanding of fabric properties, pattern design, color theory, and textile production processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research for themes for collections
• Design creation
• Checking Cad of designs
• Making colorways of design
• Expertise on Photoshop and Illustrator software
• Be able to create designs on rotary and panel printing
• Co-ordinate with the design team for better work and skills
• Be able to check strike off of every design

Education: Degree or Diploma in Textile Design or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in textile design, preferably in the fashion or home textiles industry.
Skills:

• Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other textile design tools).
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and an understanding of fabric types, techniques, and finishes.
• Creativity and a keen eye for color, pattern, texture, and trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for sustainable design and eco-friendly practices.

Alternate Saturday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
