Job Title: Supply Chain Intern

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to assist in the efficient management of our salon chain's inventory, procurement, and logistics operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain valuable experience in supply chain management within the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of salon products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, etc.) across multiple locations.
• Order Processing: Support the procurement team by tracking product orders, processing supplier invoices, and ensuring timely deliveries to salons.
• Data Analysis: Help analyze inventory data to identify trends, stockouts, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipments of products.
• Logistics Support: Assist with the coordination of product shipments between warehouses and salon locations.
• Reporting: Prepare and update supply chain reports, tracking product usage, stock levels, and delivery performance.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with salon managers, the operations team, and other departments to ensure product availability and support smooth salon operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to deadlines.
