Job Description:

• Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and production needs.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize downtime.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and supply chain operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
• Ensure all production and supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality control, to align production goals with market demands.
• Any other task assigned by the Sr. Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management, preferably in the cosmetic or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
