• Ability to understand and apply statistical concepts to derive insights from company data
• Develop and maintain SQL routines required for Reports & Dashboards
• Build reports and interactive dashboards using a BI tool (preferably Tableau)
• Ensure data accuracy and quality of the reported data sets
• Analyze business processes from a BI perspective.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in full-time, adhering to timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL (Ms SQL , My SQL) database development, troubleshooting and performance tuning of PL/SQL, Stored procedures, Functions & Package
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau
• Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems and performance metrics that support key business decisions
• Engage with internal customers in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities
• Ability to lead multiple projects with global perspective
• Being an active listener, problem solver and having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Python knowledge is a plus (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Num Py packages)
• R knowledge is a plus
