Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are looking for talented Software Developers with a passion for coding, testing, and deploying high-quality web and application-based software solutions in a team-oriented environment. As a Software Developer, you will play a critical role in the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring projects meet business requirements while upholding industry standards. You’ll work closely with the Lead Developer and cross-functional teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to every project phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Development

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Contribute innovative solutions to complex coding challenges and ensure the codebase remains scalable and optimized.

Full Software Development Lifecycle Participation

• Actively engage in all development phases, from gathering requirements to designing, coding, testing, deploying, and providing ongoing support for web applications and software projects.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Lead Developer and team members to deliver integrated and cohesive web and app solutions.
• Participate in collaborative design sessions and contribute to team problem-solving.

Testing and Debugging

• Conduct thorough unit testing to verify code functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure software performance and reliability.

Documentation

• Document code, development processes, and changes to maintain clarity and continuity for future enhancements and maintenance.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Share knowledge and new ideas with the team, helping to elevate the team's technical capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.

Certifications

• Relevant programming certifications are a plus (not required).

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Java Script.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end frameworks like Spring or Django.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in developing web-based platforms and mobile-friendly applications.
• Experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or equivalent).
