We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX designer to join our growing team in Lahore. The candidate will get the opportunity to collaborate with different teams operating at Arrivy and assist them in producing designs for different digital assets (website, social media, newsletters, marketplace listings and more). If you have the eye for clean, sophisticated and modern designs then this may be the role for you!
Job Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centered designs by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities.
• Creating sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure that design intent is achieved and seeing designs through to deployment.
• Advocating for the user throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing & maintaining detailed UI specifications
• Relentlessly simplifying and distilling complex processes into intuitive and elegant UIs.
• Staying abreast of current design methodologies, practices, and trends.
• Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and other customer research.
• Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any design-related discipline
• Attention to detail.
• Natural ability to ideate, conceptualize and creating UI/UX design solutions
• Sociable personality and the ability to be a team player
• Ability to take constructive criticism
• Willing to learn constantly and work proactively
• Some proficiency in using Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision or more.

Preferred:

• A portfolio consisting of successful projects for other clients.
• An idea about how designs are augmented for Saa S companies.
