Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About Sunday Bazar: Sunday Bazar is an innovative and fast-growing e-commerce platform that offers a diverse range of products and services to customers across multiple categories. We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team and help optimize our digital advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Role Overview: As a Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engines, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to ensure that our performance marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Sunday Bazar’s e-commerce platform.
- Analyze and report on the performance of paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO, and affiliate marketing programs to ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and generate actionable insights from large sets of marketing data to improve ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and website user experience for better conversion rates.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities in the performance marketing landscape for continuous campaign optimization.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and digital trends to ensure Sunday Bazar stays ahead of the curve.
- Manage budget allocation and forecast spending for paid campaigns to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure the integration and alignment of performance marketing strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Data Science and Analytics teams to refine attribution models and data reporting frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in performance marketing analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and display networks in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Expertise in attribution models, ROAS, CAC, CLV, and other e-commerce performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce customer journey, including product discovery, purchase, and retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, etc.) and their integration with performance marketing tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other performance marketing tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
