Job Responsibilities Sr. HR Executive
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training of new hires.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
Foster open communication channels between employees and management.
HR Operations and Administration
Maintain employee records in HR management systems (HRMS).
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Process payroll, track attendance, and manage leave records.
Draft and issue employment contracts, warning letters, and other official correspondence.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs or workshops.
Maintain records of employee participation in training and evaluate its effectiveness.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating timelines and collecting feedback.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Policy Development and Implementation
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure that company policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
Compliance and Legal
Ensure adherence to labor laws and corporate regulations specific to Pakistan.
Handle legal issues such as disciplinary actions or terminations as per guidelines.
Key Skills and Competencies
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Problem-Solving: Capability to resolve conflicts and provide innovative HR solutions.
Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Labor Laws: Familiarity with Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
