Position: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Hybrid)
Night Shift: 8 PM to 4 AM.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, and Prisma.
• Write and review clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth project workflows and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement key features.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and integrate innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.
• Expertise in Next.js and Prisma for building modern, high-performance applications.
• Proven ability to lead and manage development teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Availability to work during night shift hours (8 PM to 4 AM).
