Responsibilities:
1. Order Management and Processing
- Receive and Process Orders: Accurately take, record, and process client orders for various products (e.g., tissues, hand sanitizers, soaps, air fresheners, etc.) from clients in industries like bakeries, banks, hotels, schools, software houses, offices, and large and independent market stores.
- Confirm Order Details: Verify the accuracy of orders, including quantities, pricing, and any special requests related to packaging or private labeling.
- Collaborate with Operations: Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth delivery.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across diverse sectors to foster repeat business.
- Educate on Products: Inform clients about product features, benefits, and new offerings, emphasizing quality, value, and unique selling points.
- Manage Inquiries and Issues: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle any product quality or delivery issues promptly.
- Identify New Opportunities: Proactively seek and engage potential clients for toll manufacturing and private labeling, understanding their specific needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Customize Solutions: Work with clients and the production team to develop private-label products that align with their branding, labeling, and packaging requirements.
- Negotiate Agreements: Lead pricing, contract, and delivery schedule negotiations, ensuring terms are mutually agreed upon and documented.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with company objectives across sectors, including private-label clients.
- Increase Product Visibility: Actively promote the company’s product range to enhance visibility across all channels, emphasizing competitive strengths.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Seek out upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer clients additional products, larger quantities, or premium options, increasing overall order value.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay current with trends in the consumer goods sector, focusing on health, hygiene, and home care, to spot growth areas and refine strategies.
- Gather Client Feedback: Collect and communicate client feedback to support product development, particularly for toll manufacturing and private labeling.
- Track Competitors: Observe competitor products, pricing, and promotional tactics to maintain competitiveness and anticipate market shifts.
- Record Sales Activities: Document all sales activities, including orders, customer interactions, and follow-ups, using CRM and other tracking tools.
- Provide Sales Reports: Regularly update management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback across all sectors, including private-label accounts.
- Support Demand Forecasting: Work with inventory and logistics to anticipate demand and ensure product availability for all clients.
- Follow Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards in sales practices, pricing, and order management.
- Ensure Product Compliance: Collaborate with production to verify that all products meet legal and regulatory requirements for toll manufacturing and private labeling.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
