About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Agent with a background in the travel industry to join our growing call center team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and creating tailored travel solutions for clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on the travel and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell travel services, including flights, hotel bookings, tours, and transfers.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored travel solutions, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company travel products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently using the company’s systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline promotions, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and improve overall performance.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the travel industry (call center experience preferred).
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree; additional travel or sales certifications will be an advantage.
