Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join the Vairt Pakistan team for Emaar Real Estate in Lahore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Emaar’s premium properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading real estate developers and make an impact in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Emaar Real Estate properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects to potential clients.
  • Generate leads and develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending events.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to demonstrate Emaar’s portfolio and investment opportunities.
  • Offer expert advice on property options, pricing, investment potential, and other relevant details to prospective buyers.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and materials that enhance property visibility and sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activity, and Emaar’s new developments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth buying process and post-sale support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in emaar Dubai real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English additional language skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
