Position Summary:
The company is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Marketing Executives to promote and sell its interior building products and services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales and marketing within the building, construction, or interior design industry, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior building products sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Prepare and present accurate sales proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing in the building products or interior design industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and present them effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of interior design and construction trends is advantageous.
