Retired Colonel - Position Head of Administration & Security
A leading construction group in Karachi, Pakistan with high-rise building and infrastructure projects is seeking a self-motivated ex-army officer Colonel rank for the post of Head of Admin and Security.
The candidate should have excellent organizational and project management skills and should be able to respond to and resolve any issues reported by the management efficiently:
· The candidate should have excellent Organizational and Security Management skills and should be able to efficiently respond to and resolve any issues reported.
· Maintain security team coverage on-site during core business hours Monday through Saturday, and act as an on-call backup in responding to alarms after core business hours as required.
· Planning and supervising administration and security activities and ensuring these are in compliance with applicable policies and regulations, as defined by the management.
· Ensure smooth and efficient Coordination and Communication with multiple Government and Private Agencies such as K-Electric, PTCL, SSGC, KBCA, Civil Aviation etc. for different prospectus such as access requests, visit certifications, and other document control-related tasking.
· Ensure independently, smooth and efficient coordination dealing with corporate security and liaison with law enforcement agencies.
· Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
· Must be agile, energetic, strategic thinker and aggressive outlook with forceful and dynamic personality.
· Preference to officer served in SSG, IS duties and officers from fighting Arms core.
· Maintain security protocols of unit premises at different locations.
· Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives.
Requirements:
Ø Retired from Armed Forces in the rank of Colonel.
Ø Age must be in between 45 to 55 years.
Ø At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Ø Computer literacy skills
