Job Specifications

• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of SIP, SMPP, SS7 and the complete protocol stack.
  • Complete knowledge of SIP, SMS home routing, SS7 designs, troubleshooting skills for SS7, SMPP TCP tunnels is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SMS flows, SMS Firewalls, and designing network solutions for Vo LTE/GSM related SMS home routing changes.
  • Expertise in BSS (Business Support Systems) and rating systems for telecommunications.
  • Core Network architecture design and assessment of UMTS Mobile Core Network products
  • E2E technical implementation and follow-up of standard GSMA roaming agreements
  • (IREG/TADIG)
  • Good working knowledge of SQL/ Mysql
  • Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Good knowledge of technical activities management
  • Good interaction with external customers and internal teams
  • High Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Leadership and Management:
  • Proven experience in managing large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, make data-driven decisions, and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Strategic Thinking:
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate RFPs and conduct technical assessments.
  • Experience in deploying and scaling telecommunication systems across international markets.
• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Telecommunications, Computer Science.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies and project management are a plus.
