Job Title: MIPS Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated MIPS/PCMH Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the medical billing field and possess strong communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, experience with EMR systems, and a passion for research and development.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of MIPS (Merit-Based Incentive Payment System) and PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) programs.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with MIPS/PCMH requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all processes and activities related to MIPS/PCMH.
• Provide support for EMR-related activities and ensure seamless integration with MIPS/PCMH workflows.
• Assist in the research and development of best practices, new initiatives, and innovative solutions to improve patient care and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient and effective program execution.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the medical billing.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and EMR systems.
• Excellent documentation skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience in research and development to enhance healthcare programs.
• Ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
