Role Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and clients. If you’re passionate about talent acquisition, thrive under pressure, and have a sharp eye for top talent, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Review and optimize job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Create and publish engaging job ads across various job portals.
• Source candidates using internal databases and external channels, including social media and professional platforms like Linked In.
• Screen and shortlist resumes, ensuring only the best candidates proceed.
• Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews, providing valuable insights to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies, trade test centers, and training institutions to source talent for specialized roles.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Keep meticulous HR records, including employee files in both digital and paper formats.
• Draft and manage important HR documents such as offer letters and confirmations.
• Communicate HR policies clearly and effectively to employees.

Qualifications:

• Graduation degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment management tools.
• Familiarity with major job platforms such as Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Linked In.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques across social media and niche platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• A valid driving license is a must.
