Fermi Soft is an exciting new IT startup founded by experienced professionals with a vision to make a significant impact in the tech industry. We specialize in full-stack development and mobile app development, and we're looking for a driven and talented Junior BDR to join our growing team!
About the Role
As a Junior BDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving Fermi Soft's growth by generating leads and securing projects through Upwork. You will be responsible for managing two Upwork profiles, identifying relevant job opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and engaging with potential clients.
Responsibilities:

• Manage two Upwork profiles for Fermi Soft.
• Conduct thorough research to identify relevant projects.
• Write unique and persuasive proposals to secure projects.
• Achieve daily bid submission targets (20-25 bids per day).
• Source potential client data from Upwork for outreach on other platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients in excellent written English.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Excellent English writing skills are mandatory.
• Fresher are encouraged to apply; 6+ months of experience is preferred.
• A background in technology or IT is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Upwork (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Flexibility and a strong drive to learn and grow.
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site, 2-3 days remote) at our Lahore office on Zarrar Shaheed Road.
• Willingness to be available on-call remotely on weekends and evenings to respond to clients.
• Ability to work 4pm-12am Pakistan time with flexible hours.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
