Job Summary: The Immigration Counselor Manager will lead and oversee a team of immigration counselors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality immigration services. This role involves managing daily operations, providing team support, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, implementing technical processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and mentor immigration team.
· Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and update the team accordingly.
· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and analyze data to monitor and improve team performance.
· Advice clients on case processes strategic issues, ensure immigration compliance, and maintain accurate and confidential records of all cases and applications.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in immigration services.
· Experience in European, Canada & UK immigration, with a focus on skilled worker visas, universities admissions, and permanent residency applications.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
· Proficiency in using case management systems and data analysis tools.
· Proficient in managing challenging cases and delivering expert guidance.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
