Job description:
Blue Star manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for PPC Manager at Site office Sialkot reporting directly to Director.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the complete existing Production System, Store, and Purchasing.
2. Make a list of the flows and discuss them with the Director.
3. Make a 3-month / 6-Month Plan of Production and accordingly work on bulk purchasing.
4. Train himself from Purchase Order to Ship to manage as a backup.
5. Make a proper SOP and KPIs for Production Department.
6. Attend/implement daily production meetings and motivate the team.
7. Ensure every step of Production is added in the ERP and Updated.
8. Implement each step tracking procedure of Production.
9. Implement best practices in Quality Checks, tagging, and packing.
10. Proper audit of existing applied and actual cost sheets.
11. Understand the Technical sheet works.
12. Cross-check all the quantities mentioned on the cost sheet.
13. Make a proper plan to reduce the cost sheet.
14. Manage the complete Store.
15. Inventory should be updated in ERP all the time.
16. Proper in/out system implement in the Store.
17. Make sure stock in the store is safely stored in the Racks.
18. Make sure racks and products are properly tagged.
19. Submit a weekly consumption report and ensure as per issues Purchase Orders.
20. Submit a weekly leather consumption report.
21. Timely purchase of the required products for a smooth production process.
22. Smooth the complete supply chain process.
23. Cross-Check the production report and ensure everything is on track.
24. Team UP with the Manager Operations and Senior Production Coordinator for day-to-day problems and resolve the issues with mutual understanding.
25. Make sure the Pattern Room and Sample Room are properly organized.
26. Overall look at the purchasing procedures.
27. Search for new vendors for the best quality at economical rates.
28. Open vendors from Out of Sialkot especially in Lahore, Multan, Kasur, and Karachi.
29. Work on China Vendors for Bulk purchasing and also search in Pakistan.
30. Make a proper process of Purchasing from the Open Market in cash.
31. Search the best Outsourcing vendors in overall Pakistan and Worldwide.
32. Search for the best source at economical prices.
33. Re-negotiate with existing vendors after arranging alternates.
34. Control and checks on Material Consumption.
35. Actively involved with the R&D department and discuss improvement with the Director.
36. Factory Maintenance, make sure that every area must be properly clean and organized.
37. Ensure everything in every department runs smoothly.
38. Ensure health and safety precautions.
Qualification/ Requirements:
· MBA/ relevant degree in business or accounts
· 10+ years of internal audit experience in textile manufacturing industry.
· Extensive knowledge in handling team of textile industry.
· Must have a knowledge of all financial sheets.
· ERP expert
· Textile industrial specialist, must know the latest trends of the textile industry.
· Expert managerial skills
