As an HR Manager at The Lyceum Group Of Schools, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. With 1-2 years of experience in HR, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in the HR information system.
• Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee inquiries, managing employee relations, and addressing HR-related issues.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll-related tasks.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR projects.
• Participate in performance management, employee evaluations, and talent management initiatives.
• Support the HR team in implementing strategic HR initiatives and contributing to HR reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and labor laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
