Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR/Admin Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Help organize company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
