Saka GOC is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Manage the recruitment cycle from screening to onboarding.
• Promote employer branding and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments on workforce planning and budgeting for new roles.
• Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports to management
• Support the accounts or finance team with document management, data input, or other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
