What you will do

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews.
• Conduct employees onboarding and off boarding
• Maintain and update the Google sheets and personal files for all employees.
• Oversee leave tracking, and benefits processing.
• Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering collaboration.
• Assist in organizing activities to build team spirit and promote a positive work environment.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR related discipline.
• 1-2 years experience in the field of HR.
• Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, having the confidence to deal with individuals professionally.
• Able to adapt to different situations and willing to take on a range of tasks as required.
