We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating innovative designs that align with our brand's vision and market trends. This position requires a strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Utilize your creative flair and market knowledge to develop fresh and original fashion design concepts that cater to our target audience.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, both locally and globally, and incorporate them into your designs to keep our collections relevant and cutting-edge/
- Transform your ideas into detailed sketches and digital renderings using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Work closely with the sourcing team to identify and choose suitable fabrics and materials that complement your designs, considering factors like quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sample-making team to create prototypes and oversee the sample production process, ensuring that the designs are translated accurately into physical garments.
- Conduct thorough fit and quality assessments to maintain high standards of construction and finishing across all garments in the collection.
- Assist in planning seasonal collections, ensuring a cohesive and balanced assortment of designs that align with our brand's aesthetic.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including patternmakers, merchandisers, and production personnel, to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of designs.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand's identity and target market, contributing to the overall brand image and recognition.
- Graduate or Master (Preferably NCA, University of Home Economics and Pakistan Institute of Fashion & Design)
- 4-5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in a reputable fashion house or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of designs and technical skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Collaborative and open to receiving feedback and incorporating it into your work.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and a willingness to push the boundaries of design.
