We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and identify and attract clients across diverse sectors.
Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients from various industries using research, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage new clients.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Create compelling presentations and proposals to convince clients of our value proposition.
• Lead negotiations to secure business deals and favorable contracts.
• Utilize multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, including cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Diligently follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services/products to motivate decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative business development strategies
• Regularly update management on progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.,
• Strong ability to persuade and motivate clients.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to various industries.
