Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Billing Executive (Fresh Graduate) to join our medical billing team in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:

• Verify eligibility and benefits via phone and online portals.
• Prepare, review, and submit claims (electronic and paper) using billing software.
• Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances.
• Ensure insurance payments are accurate and compliant with contract terms.
• Post payments (EOB/ERA) to accounts.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness, obtaining any missing information.
• Generate and send patient statements.
• Obtain referrals and pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Resolve payment discrepancies by contacting insurance companies.
• Follow up on unpaid claims through insurance calls and online portals.
• Research and appeal denied claims.
• Update billing software with the latest fee schedules.
• Maintain cash spreadsheets and generate collection reports.
• Address patient and insurance inquiries related to assigned accounts.

Skills Required:

• Email List Management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of End-to-End Sales

Job Details:

• Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM)
• Location: Gullberg, Lahore, Pakistan
• Salary: PKR 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
