We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages and providing excellent customer service. As our Barista, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly made drinks and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, to a consistently high standard.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee bar and service area.
• Keep up with current coffee and beverage trends and suggest new drinks for the menu.
• Assist in inventory management for coffee and related supplies.
• Provide warm and welcoming service, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink customization, and flavor profiles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• A passion for coffee and beverage preparation.
