What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts in the food and beverage industry.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales volume within existing client relationships.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s presence within the food & beverage industry.
- Achieve sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling company products to current and potential customers.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to recommend relevant products and services.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales potential, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
- 5+ year experience in B2B Sales including field sales experience and in food, beverage or dairy processing/manufacturing industries.
- Functional computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- People management, P&L management experience is a must.
- Experience in large account management.
- Ability to convert a technical need into a commercial solution.
- Understanding of technological processes and F&B Sector knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize multiple projects with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
