Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in ERP systems or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably MYCOM, with a strong understanding of ERP functionalities and configurations.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure in a corporate setting.

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of ERP functionalities and integration processes.
• Proficiency in network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Knowledgeable in networking concepts and protocols, including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with management to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system functionalities.
2. Lead the implementation of new ERP modules or upgrades, including system configuration, maintenance, testing, and training.
3. Develop and maintain ERP system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
4. Provide training sessions to end-users on ERP system functionalities and updates.
5. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system users, including resolving technical issues and answering user inquiries.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries and concerns, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the IT department and other departments.
7. Coordinate with MYCOM to address technical issues, resolve system errors, implement system enhancements, and customize ERP functionalities based on organizational requirements.
8. Daily check the backup of all POS and ERP servers.
9. Participate in cross-functional teams to support business process improvements and system integrations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and security of ERP system data and access controls.
11. Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency.
12. Assist with hardware and software support for end-users, including troubleshooting issues and installing/updating software.
13. Responsible for adding and updating new menu items in the Point of Sales all (POS) system.
14. Installation & configuration of new POS Machine, POS Printer, after testing send to Outlets.
15. Set up network infrastructure and hardware components during the opening of new stores.
16. Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security issues.
17. Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
18. Stay updated on ERP system upgrades and industry trends, and remain informed about best practices related to ERP systems. Recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.
