- Collaborating with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and sketches for interior fit-out projects, including furniture layouts, electrical and lighting plans, ceiling and flooring details, and elevations.
- Using software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or other drafting tools to produce accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Ensuring that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to obtain necessary materials, finishes, and specifications for the fit-out projects.
- Revising and updating drawings based on feedback from clients, designers, or project stakeholders.
- Participating in site visits to review progress, resolve design issues, and ensure that construction aligns with the drafted plans.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records of drawings for reference and future projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RO280.000 per month
