MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar.
• With minimum 8 years experience within Oil and Gas for Upstream and Downstream in workforce planning, organizational design, JD/JE Mythology and full cycle of recruitment process.

JOB DETAILS HIGHLIGHTS:

• Extensive experience in Planning & Leadership Development, Performance Management, Graduates Developments programs, Internship program, technician and Operators program.
• Knowledge in Annual Planning and Staffing design, sourcing methods, leading and talent counsel
• Good English communication (speaking, writing, reporting) and native Arabic (Omani nationals).
• Good command in MS Office and software/systems tools such as SAP.
