Tender and Project Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for assigned tenders and projects in line with company models and procedures.
- Lead supplier communications, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract agreements.
- Develop and maintain Procurement Plans aligned with project goals.
- Source and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and CSR requirements.
- Monitor contract execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget deliveries.
- Proactively identify risks linked to supply chain and support mitigation strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting of savings, cost avoidance, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in e-auction platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of procurement tools and systems such as SAP, BI, and Ariba.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain roles.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and achieving commercial results.
- Familiarity with technical procurement needs and ability to challenge suppliers on solutions.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management may substitute formal education.
