Customer Support teamet lever opp til det uoffisielle slagordet til Cegal «World Class Service».

Mange forbinder IT-Service Desk med store og upersonlige kundesentre. Dette er ikke tilfelle med Cegals Customer Support. Her er hovedfokus på kundene og deres ansatte. Vårt mål er å gi verdens beste kundeopplevelse med smilende, entusiastiske og kundesentrerte medarbeidere.

Kundetilfredshetsmålinger viser at brukerne får god og rask hjelp. I 2022 fikk Cegal’s Customer Support et gjennomsnitt på 5,35 på en skala opp til 6.
Customer Support teamet løser nesten 90 prosent av innkommende saker på første- og andrelinjenivå.

Om stillingen:
Som vår Service Desk Engineer vil du:

  • Administrere kundebehov relatert til selskapets IT leveranser, drive feilsøking på og rette tekniske hendelser og problem gjennom vårt Service Management System i samsvar med prosessrammeverket.
  • Bidra til kunnskapsdatabase og holde informasjon nøyaktig, gyldig og tilstrekkelig.
  • Aktiv kommunikasjon med interne og eksterne kunder.
  • Eskalere eventuelle mulige systemproblemer eller nedetid for å minimere innvirkningen for kunder.
  • Ha kontinuerlig kontakt med brukere over flere kommunikasjonsplattformer.


Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Er engasjert, motivert og interessert i IT faget
  • Min. 3-5 års relevant erfaring
  • Interesse for Microsoft 365/Azure og skytjenester (cloud)
  • Kommuniserer godt på norsk og engelsk
  • Er nysgjerrig og har et ønske om å lære deg nye ting
  • Hjelper andre, ikke fordi du må, men fordi du har lyst
  • Du står på og liker å levere noe du kan være stolt av
  • Er kreativ, fleksibel og løsningsorientert
  • Er strukturert og målorientert
  • Har gode dokumentasjons- og kommunikasjonsevner

Kvalifikasjoner:
Vi tror at vår nye Service Desk Engineer identifiserer seg med følgende kvalifikasjoner/kunnskap:

  • Erfaring innen Customer Support eller lignende rolle med teknologileveranser.
  • IKT-fagbrev eller annen relevant IT-utdanning
  • Kunnskap om og erfaring med ITIL-prosesser.
  • Den ideelle kandidaten vil ha noe kjennskap til følgende:
    Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Cloud, Office 365, Cloud services, Windows server, Windows 10/11, Secret server, Citrix, RDS, Exchange, TCP / IP, WIFI / WLAN and Active Directory
