Assignment Description

• Develop project specific WBS.
• Develop project schedules, aligned with Cost Estimates
• Implement the schedule control system in the project. Implement the progress control system in the project.
• Control and report the project schedule and progress.
• Develop schedule and progress requirements for suppliers and subcontracts.
• Monitor schedule and progress for suppliers and subcontracts.
• Provide schedule input to project change management.
• Support to Risk Management activities and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
