Assignment Description

• The overall execution of Document Control
• Filing/storage, handling, status monitoring, quality control and - reporting of project documents and technical data
• Follow-up Document Management matters in the project
• Follow-up workflows in document management system
• Client LCI/DFO specification and information dependencies

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably, can be substituted with relevant experience
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Pro Arc knowledge and skills is preferred
• Willing to adjust on new ways of working same as usage of new tools if needed
• Ability to cooperate well with all team members
• Be a motivator for others, flexible and open
• Be able to perform work in different way when needed
• Challenge working processes
• The ability to perform multiple tasks to meet the deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and requirements
• Available for work in Norway
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
