Position Overview
Role: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Varhaug, Norway (easily accessible from nearby towns)
Key Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Advertising roles and attracting international talent
• Candidate Support: Guiding candidates through essential processes with local authorities (e.g., UDI, Police, and other agencies)
• Main Contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for international job seekers, helping ensure a seamless transition into Norway

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Romanian (both spoken and written)
• Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is a plus but not essential—training provided

Compensation Options
We offer two compensation models, both with the option for subsidized housing and a relocation package:

• Fixed Salary
• Salary + Commission

Fixed Salary:

• First 3 Months: 39,000kr per month.
• After 3 Months: Salary increases to 41,000kr per month, following a review.
• After an Additional 3 Months: Salary increases to 45,000kr per month.
