Assignment Description
The Man Compressor Portfolio is looking for a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in performing successful package deliveries. The tasks can vary during the project lifetime but may include the listed.

• Follow up risk management
• Support Project Manager in keeping overview and prioritizing of actions
• Support Project Manager in organizing and preparation of presentations for meetings
• Contribute to solving of Queries, Deviations, Non-Conformance Requests
• Stakeholder management
• Contribute to prioritization of document deliveries
• Ensure good communication with the different yards in the portfolio, and contribute to
  installation planning and method
• Promote continuous improvement through the project and support, document and
  manage learning across the project team and towards other projects

Qualifications

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from multidiscipline Projects or Operations within E&P
• Experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ, Operations). Previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P is also relevant.
• Good technical and multidiscipline overview
• Fluent abilities in English. Norwegian is a benefit.
• Have good interpersonal communication- and influencing skills
• Team player with a “One Team” behavior, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge
• Self-starter and proactive
• Structured and systematic
• Open to new ways of working
• Open to new learning
• Have the drive to deliver on an “always improving” mindset

Main office location can be either Stavanger or Fornebu. Travel to Man office in Zurich and other locations is expected on regular basis, and the right candidate must be willing to travel on short notice.
