We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic student for part-time positions at our reception and switchboard.
The headquarters in Oslo is equipped with a comprehensive reception and meeting room department, where daily customer meetings and company presentations take place, often complemented by catering services.
As a receptionist at Pareto Securities, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the switchboard, welcoming guests with professionalism, and creating a positive first impression. You will also be involved in meeting room administration and providing support in organising events and presentations. The work schedule typically involves an average of two days per week, with some assignments during afternoons and evenings.
Qualifications
  • Students who are independent, welcoming, and have a positive demeanour.
  • Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail
