We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Ring-road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are looking for a Secretary who will support the office in administrative and clerical duties.
- Attendance to customers, handling inquires and complaints.
- Receive incoming calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, organization and keeping of files and records.
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant field of study.
- 1- 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Power point, Canva is an added advantage.
- Candidate who is outspoken, eloquent and can represent the company at events/radio stations would be most preferable.
N60,000 - N90,000 monthly.
