Job Position: Office Admin / Customer Service
Job Location: Iyana-ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

N70,000 / Month.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Office Admin / Customer Service
Job Location: Iyana-ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role or administrative roles
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Power Point)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of self confidence and ability to create new ideas
- Basic Knowledge of accounting
- Must reside close to the job location.
N70,000 / Month.
