Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate the brand’s visibility and appeal.
· Lead and manage campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
· Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts.
· Collaborate with retail branches to implement local marketing initiatives.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
· Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management within the retail sector, preferably cosmetics.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
· Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
