- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive innovation across our integrated businesses.
As Head of Finance, you will:
- Strategize and Lead: Develop and oversee financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budget planning, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Risk Management: Implement robust financial controls and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Investment & Growth: Manage investment appraisals, banking relationships, and capital allocation to drive growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Optimize Performance: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and analyze business operations to enhance financial performance.
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who has:
- A BSc / HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related fields.
- Proven Expertise: 10-15 years of financial management experience, with deep knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and finance best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex financial operations.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a significant advantage.
- Professional Certification: ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and identify opportunities.
- Familiarity with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the agro-allied and poultry sectors.
