RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
•Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
•Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Risk Management:
•Oversee health and safety practices within the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar managerial role.
•Strong track record of successfully managing teams and business operations.
•Experience in financial management and strategic planning.
