Venus Medicare is a leading Health Maintenance Organization in Nigeria, duly accredited and licensed by the National Health Insurance Scheme. We provide health Insurance coverage and healthcare management services to individual enrollees, SMEs, staff of corporate organizations, and other institutions in both the public & private sectors.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? We're on the lookout for experienced Business Development Officers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth

Requirements
What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have 3 - 7 years of industry experience is required
Proven experience in business development within the HMO industry
Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
