Role: Branch Point Manager Area(s) of Concentration: Fuel Delivery Operations Management
Objective: Oversee and manage all fuel delivery operations within an assigned zone, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding FLUD's standards for swiftness, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do: Oversee fuel delivery operations in the assigned zone, including schedule management, inventory tracking, quality control and customer service. Manage a team of delivery and support staff, ensuring efficient operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate closely with customer service to resolve any service-related inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective service. Conduct regular inspection and maintain branch equipment and facilities. Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring budget alignment and cost efficiency within branch operations. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and management review.
What You Should Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in fuel distribution or logistics. Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service and process optimization. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the fuel industry. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Where You’ll Work: Lagos; on-site within assigned delivery zones
Performance Indicators: Efficiency and accuracy of delivery operations. Customer satisfaction scores and response times. Compliance with safety and industry regulations. Budget and cost management effectiveness.
