Join Our Team in Queenstown! Passionate about automotive excellence? Thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Lead our Queenstown Service Department as a Workshop Service Manager. Ensure our fleet is legally compliant, well-maintained, and ready to hit the road.
What You'll Do:
- Coach, lead and motivate a team of 10-30 skilled workshop team members (varies seasonally).
- Manage budgeted labour, repairs, and maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with RVSC South Island Manager, National Service Manager, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure top-notch customer service and quality workmanship.
- Drive efficiency and productivity in our Service Centre.
- Maintain high vehicle standards aligned with our company's training plan.
- Contribute to branch leadership initiatives.
- Implement and monitor customer satisfaction standards.
- Handle warranty claim processing.
- Ensure 7-day leadership coverage.
- Facilitate effective training for the team.
- Lead recruitment efforts.
- Design rosters to meet business needs.
- Grade 3 trade certification as a mechanic.
- Full current driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar automotive role.
- Cost management expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
