Based in the heart of Auckland's Mt Wellington and leading a team of 3 skilled technical trainers, you'll work closely with our dynamic People Experience team and Operations leaders to build a pipeline of skilled technicians. Your mission? To elevate our apprenticeship program, champion industry standards, and foster a culture of excellence in health, safety, and customer service.
But that's not all. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, including industry manufacturers, to stay ahead of the curve. With your expertise in the Heavy Transport sector and automotive trade qualifications, you'll bring fresh insights and practical solutions to the table.

Experience in leadership and team development, a passion for progressive learning, and the confidence to captivate audiences through presentations and facilitation. Plus, you'll be a digital whiz, adept at creating engaging online learning experiences.
