About the Role: As a Service Advisor at Continental Cars - Volkswagen, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring service and repairs, ensuring an efficient, courteous, and professional experience. You will coordinate workshop operations, manage customer follow-ups, and maintain a high volume of work, all while delivering the highest standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Organise and optimise workshop loading for efficient operations
• Conduct customer follow-ups and prospecting to grow workshop volume
• Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices in line with Group Standards
• Maintain effective filing and administration

About You:
It is essential you have experience as an automotive service adviser in New Zealand, along with

• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Highly proficiency in computer literacy and in-house systems
• A passion for providing top-tier customer service
• A clean, full driver's licence
• A strong willingness to continued learning and growth

This is a permanent full-time role, 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, however standard hours are usually 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. There will be a rostered Saturday requirement for this position.
