What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our team, you will:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our pricing and rebate solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Be the go-to expert on market trends, technology, and competition, championing our products both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Research & Delivery teams to deliver market-leading, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and collateral to support sales and marketing goals globally.
• Act as a thought leader, supporting pre-sales, delivering impactful product demos, and representing Flintfox at industry events and trade shows.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of senior product management experience, preferably with enterprise B2B software.
• Experience with pricing and rebate solutions (a big plus!).
• A deep understanding of the software sales cycle and solution selling processes.
• Proven ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
